About BangaloreOne
The Government of Karnataka (GoK) in order to provide integrated services to the citizens deploying the tools of ICT so as to enhance Speed, Convenience, Certainty and Accountability in providing such services through the concept of a 'One-Stop-Shop’ facility established BangaloreOne Centres across the city of Bangalore. The project was launched on 2nd April 2005 and runs on Public Private Partnership (PPP) model.
G2C and B2C Services
BangaloreOne delivers multiple G2C and B2C services of several Government Departments and Business establishments for the convenience of citizens. With the enablement of B2C services, various business establishments benefit from the e-Governance policy of the Government.
G2C and B2C Services through B1 portal
Citizens can avail few G2C and B2C services through BangaloreOne portal also.
Services are delivered in two shifts (First shift works from 8 .00 AM to 1.30 PM and Second shift works from 1.30 PM to 7.00 PM) on all days in a year excluding Independence Day, Republic Day and Holidays declared by State and Central Election Commissions.
